PhysioDC accepts all forms of PPO insurance that have outpatient physical therapy benefits. As a courtesy to you, we will verify benefits with your insurance company and bill them accordingly. Since each insurance plan has different copays, deductibles, and co-insurance amounts, we recommend that you become familiar with your benefits prior to starting physical therapy.
PhysioDC is a contracted provider for the following health insurance carriers:
- CareFirst BlueCross / BlueShield
- United Healthcare

For services provided before September 1, 2017:

For services provided after September 1, 2017:
To pay your bill (for services received on September 1, 2017 and following) over the phone, you can call our billing agency, “Collectivity,” directly at (603) 427-9492 during normal business hours.
If you have specific questions in regards to your bill for services received on or after September 1, please call Collectivity at (603) 427-9492 during normal business hours. You are also welcome to contact the PhysioDC office administrative manager directly at (202) 223-8500.
*Please note that our patient billing statements are generated once monthly. If your visits span over the course of several months, your balance may change depending on the number of visits that you have completed.
