One of the biggest culprits of neck pain, tennis elbow, carpal tunnel, lumbar disc herniations, and many other diagnoses is a faulty office set-up. With your busy schedule, we have found an efficient and inexpensive way of assessing your office ergonomics.
A Physio-Ergonomic evaluation is as easy as this:
- Contact us
- Fill out the questionnaire (below) that asks you the basics about your office set-up.
- Send the questionnaire back to us along with two photos via email. (These can be taken from a camera or from your mobile phone.)
- We will send back to you a detailed list of specific recommendations and adjustments to be made. If we feel that you may need new equipment for your work station, we will give you specific recommendations with contact information.
